What we collect about you

• Your email, business name and name, which you give us when you sign up.
• Your setup: city, trades, ZIP codes and minimum job value.
• Billing records from Stripe (customer and subscription IDs). We never see or store your card number.
• Basic records of the emails we send you and whether they went through.
• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To send your daily list, run your account, take payment, and answer you. We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the product: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting) and our database provider.

Permit data

Permits come from public city records. We store and show only the street address, ZIP, permit details, reported cost and any contractor company the city names. We never store or show homeowner or applicant names.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can change your setup or cancel anytime from your account page. To have your account deleted, email [Support email].
