New Permit Daily (newpermitdaily.com) is operated by Stanley Toussaint, [Mailing address] ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms.

What the service is

We collect building permits that cities publish on their public open-data portals, sort them by trade and ZIP code, and send subscribers a daily email and dashboard of new permits matching their setup. We do not create the permit data. It can be late, incomplete, or wrong, and a permit is not a promise that work will happen or that anyone will hire you.

Free list and subscription

You can get one free daily list without a card. After that, the service costs $99 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page. Canceling stops future charges. Your access continues to the end of the paid month.

30-day guarantee

If you don't land a lead from the list within 30 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. See the refund policy.

How you may use the leads

The list is for your own business. Don't resell or republish it. When you contact property owners, follow the law, including do-not-call, anti-spam and trespass rules, and be respectful. Homeowner names are never included; contact details on a permit belong to the city record.

No warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms or prices. We'll email subscribers before a price change takes effect.
